Shadow Day Registration

The College of Architecture welcomes prospective students into our building to experience what it’s like to be a student in the College. We will be opening our undergraduate design studios in Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape Architecture so you can spend the day shadowing our students and experiencing the culture and community of our college. Please register before February 16th!

Architecture- February 26, 2024

1:00-1:15 Welcome
Program Director David Karle will greet students.
1:15-2:00 Student Presentations
Observe third/fourth-year design studio presentations. This is a chance to see how students present their ideas and represent their design process and proposals to their peers, faculty, and professionals. In this review, students will share their design intentions and goals. Design studio and the studio review process is central to the academic experience of design students.
2:00-2:45 Student Panel
Understand what it is like to be a part of the program by attending a panel discussion featuring our amazing and talented students as they discuss all our Architecture Program has to offer and answer all your pressing questions.
2:45-2:55 Break
2:55-3:25 Building Tour
You will be given a guided tour to see our work shop, media center and design studios.
3:25 Major Presentation
Learn the curriculum and types of experiences you can expect within the architecture major.

Landscape Architecture- March 4, 2024
