Hyde Chair - Chris Abel
Bio
Mr. Abel is an author, scholar and design instructor at the University of Sydney, in Sydney Australia. He is the author of several books, most notably “Architecture & Identity,” “Architecture, Technology and Process,” and “Sky High.” His studio proposal for Fall 2008 is titled “Vertical Architecture” that shall look at new generative strategies for the high rise building type. Mr. Abel’s previous studio teaching has been featured in a printed article in Architectural Review Australia magazine, (the Australian equivalent of our Architectural Record):
