Job Description

Stephanie coordinates college-wide recruiting and retention efforts for Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture and Community and Regional Planning pre-professional, professional and graduate programs. She works with the college administration, faculty and staff to develop recruiting opportunities as well as develop retention efforts in advising and peer mentoring.

Stephanie provides academic support to first and second year scholars for both the UNL and UNO programs; coordinates intervention with at-risk scholars; oversees academic probation program; collaborates in the development of student support materials; and meets with any program scholars as needed. She also assists students with: identification of skills, interests and values; identification of career interests and post-graduation employment opportunities and any concerns the student may have during their time at the College of Architecture.

She also provides college-wide coordination for curriculum and class and classroom scheduling for all programs.
