Architecture Faculty Win AIA Nebraska Design Awards

Min|Day's "Multi-faith Sanctuary" and "Chartboost Parklet"

Three faculty members from the UNL College of Architecture's Architecture Program won awards at the 2014 AIA Nebraska design awards program held Friday, October 3rd. Lecturer in Architecture Michael Harpster won an Honor Award in the "unbuilt" category for the 2525 House. Professor & Director Jeffrey L. Day's firm Min | Day won two merit awards for the Chartboost Parklet ("details" category) and Multi-faith Sanctuary ("unbuilt" category). Associate Professor Nate Krug won a silver award and an honorable mention for work he submitted to the parallel competition "Art by Architects."
