There has never been a better time to be engaged in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, interior design or community and regional planning. Our fields span scale, affecting the lives of the most vulnerable individuals to touching the lives of millions of people, and impacting the health and well-being of communities, individuals and the environment. This impact is important for us to remember in our decision-making and our communication.
In fact, demonstrating impact is one of the significant tactics we use to inform state legislators and decision-makers about the importance of each of the fields within the College of Architecture, their contribution to the state economy and well-being. This semester’s video newsletter explores our impact in detail. .
