This afternoon tea spot, built into an existing wooden dock in London, uses the River Thames’ rise and fall to dictate user experience. Playing on the layout of the historic London Docklands (basin, lock, river), the interplay of architecture and changing water evolve from the beginning, where the architecture fully controls the user experience, to the end, where the water dictates user experience.
