Scholz to retire as CRP director after 46 years at UNL
The UNL College of Architecture extends our warmest wishes to Community and Regional Planning (CRP) Director Gordon Scholz as he prepares for retirement this summer. At the time of Scholz’s retirement, he has faithfully served the college and its alumni for over 46 years, starting as an assistant professor in 1974 at the time the College of Architecture was established.

Planning expert Noreen McDonald presents the next Hyde lecture
The College of Architecture is excited to announce Noreen McDonald, city and regional planning department chair at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, will be giving the next Hyde lecture titled " Changing Technology, Changing Travel: Thinking About Our Transport Future” at 4 p.m., February 28th, at the Nebraska Union Auditorium.

But a new suite of tools designed by a group of University of Nebraska-Lincoln researchers gives municipal planners a clearer climate picture of what to expect and prepare for.
