International Competition Recognizes Work of UNL Architecture Student
The College of Architecture is pleased to announce Master of Architecture student Nathan Gradoville’s competition submission was recently named a Commended Entry in the Architizer One Drawing Challenge. His entry originated from Associate Professor Brian M. Kelly’s design research studio during the fall of 2018.

For many Nebraskans, 2019 will probably be remembered as the year the floods came. Many towns, small and large, across the state have suffered and endured unforgiving floods, which left a wake of devastation in their paths. Among the towns severely impacted by flooding this year was the small village of Winslow, Nebraska.

Architecture Students Win First Place in National Design Competition
The College of Architecture is pleased to announce Brenton Rahn and Andres Felipe Villegas were among the 2018-2019 AISC/ACSA Steel Design Student Competition winners. Out of a nationwide call for submittals, the AISC/ACSA jury selected the UNL team’s design from 237 submissions, 734 participants and 47 schools.
