College of Architecture Students Helping UNL Partners Envision Possibilities for New Facility
In the next couple of years, UNL’s Ruth Staples Child Development Lab and the Family Resource Center will likely break ground on a new duplex facility just east of the Barkley Memorial Center aimed at capturing and enhancing the synergy of the two programs with students from the College of Architecture helping them communicate their vision and explore new possibilities.

Graeme Brooker Presents "Radical Heritages”
The College of Architecture is excited to announce renowned author and international lecturer Graeme Brooker, professor of interior design and head of interiors at The Royal College of Art, London, will be giving the last Hyde lecture of the semester titled "Radical Heritages” at 4 p.m., November 22, at the Nebraska Union Auditorium.

The College of Architecture is excited to announce Daniel Parolek, principal of Opticos Design, Inc., an architecture and urban design firm nationally known for sustainable, walkable, urban places, will be giving the next Hyde lecture titled "Missing Middle Housing: Responding to the Demand for Walkable Urban Living” at 4 p.m., November 15, at the Nebraska Union Auditorium.

International Competition Recognizes Work of UNL Architecture Student
The College of Architecture is pleased to announce Master of Architecture student Nathan Gradoville’s competition submission was recently named a Commended Entry in the Architizer One Drawing Challenge. His entry originated from Associate Professor Brian M. Kelly’s design research studio during the fall of 2018.
