Landscape Architecture Faculty Member Named to Forbes’s “30 Under 30” List
The College of Architecture is pleased to announce Landscape Architecture Professor of Practice Yujia Wang was named to the elite Forbes China 30 Under 30 list. Forbes names 300 outstanding young people under 30 who are active in various fields in China who have demonstrated outstanding accomplishments and made a considerable impact in their field.

BVH donates lead corporate gift for scholarships and design competition
Working to elevate design excellence, student engagement and access to higher education, Nebraska-based BVH Architecture pledges $45,000 in scholarship funds as the lead corporate gift for the College of Architecture’s Norman Ochsner Matching Gift Challenge. As a matching gift, the scholarship funds will be matched by the Ochsner fund for a total impact of $90,000 for student scholarships.

Remembering Emeritus William Borner
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend, William Borner, who was a colleague, teacher, mentor, and friend to our alumni and faculty of the College of Architecture. William Borner joined the architecture faculty in 1972 after serving as an assistant professor at Kansas State University and the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
