Ordia honored with ASID Educator of the Year Award
The College of Architecture is pleased to announce Assistant Professor of Interior Design Kendra Ordia was honored with two prestigious accolades from the American Society of Interior designers (ASID): this year’s 2024 ASID Educator of the Year Award and has been named one of seven to serve as director at large on the ASID National Board of Directors.

Spring 2024 Dean's List
More than 6,600 University of Nebraska–Lincoln students have been named to the Deans’ List for the spring semester of the 2023-24 academic year, 204 were from the College of Architecture. Qualification for the Deans’ List varies among the eight undergraduate colleges and the Explore Center. To qualify for the Deans’ List, College of Architecture students must earn a 3.75 GPA.

Our 50th Anniversary Gala Celebration was a phenomenal, sold-out triumph! Witnessing everyone unite to commemorate this significant milestone was truly heartwarming. In addition to the Gala, alumni-led events—ranging from mixers and a charrette to a film festival and a wrap-up breakfast—added a delightful touch to the festivities.
