The College of Architecture is excited to announce our second annual Architecture Symposium: Alternative Architectures featuring the work of Master of Architecture alumni who have leveraged design research in unique ways to advance their career and the allied design professions. The symposium will be held at Omaha by Design, February 9 from 6-8pm.

Phuong Nguyen
Since she was young, Phuong Nguyen has been passionate about design and the spaces around her. After coming to Nebraska from Ha Long, Vietnam, she immersed herself in interior design and architecture, earning a B.S. in interior design in 2014 and an M.S. in architecture in 2017.

The pair will present their individual presentations, November 4, in the Union Swanson Auditorium at 4pm.

Christopher Martin delivers first COA lecture of the season
The College of Architecture is excited to announce Christopher Martin, nationally renowned furniture design-maker, will be giving a Godfrey & Roberta Kunzendorf Lecture on Furniture Design titled “Design Tangents; A Story of Exploration and Common Threads” at 4 p.m., October 28, in the Union Swanson Auditorium.
