Stephanie Rouse, AICP, is a transportation planner within the Lincoln-Lancaster County Planning Department. She has held positions in both the public and private sector working in development review and long range planning. Her career has taken her to Lubbock, Texas as well as Rochester, Anoka, and Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Rouse has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (2011) and Master of Community and Regional Planning (2013), both from the UNL College of Architecture. She also obtained a graduate certificate in public management from UNO. Rouse has a passion for active transportation as well as historic preservation which she works to support in Lincoln. She serves as the APA Nebraska chapter Vice President/PDO, hosts the Booked on Planning podcast, and writes on her blog The Planning Lady.
